In 2003, CBMI entered the European market, starting as a “project executor.” By successfully delivering over 50 projects, we earned market trust and expanded our business from a single focus on cement engineering to include green technology upgrades, CCS, mining, and new energy. Following the establishment of CBMI Europe Regional Branch in 2021, with its headquarters in Puteaux, near Paris, we adopted a “1+N” model, achieving a transformation from a “mobile project team” to a “rooted local company.”

1959: Fondation of CBMI.
2000: First EPC contract for Lafarge in China with CBMI for its Dujiangyan plant. First EPC project in the cement industry in China.
2002: First Overseas EPC contract for CBMI with Colacem for its Domicem Cement Plant in Dominican Republic.
2012: First 3D design project.
2015: CBMI’s first overseas investment in the Nigerian company SINORIA, a Stone Coated Roofing Sheet Factory.
2018: Alternative Fuel design rate reached 85% for LafargeHolcim Martres new clinker line in France. Achievement of 3D design in all projects.
2019: Establishment of 12 global branches and 30 projects completed for LafargeHolcim.
2022: CBMI is committed to the path of carbon reduction and actively promotes green and sustainable development.
